Product packaging is an important channel for communicating with consumers in a legal cananbis market. Companies use packaging to convey brand imagery and promotional information, while regulators can mandate health warnings and product disclosures. Packages are also critically important for communicating the ‘strength’ of products, including THC content and other information that can guide consumption patterns.
